服务说明
Kakito 是一款旨在帮助用户通过写作学习语言的工具。我们通过集成第三方 AI 技术（如 Google Gemini, DeepSeek 等）为您提供语法修正、表达优化建议及翻译服务。
数据存储与隐私
您的隐私对我们至关重要。本应用采用“隐私优先”的架构设计：
本地存储：您的所有日记内容首先存储在您设备的本地数据库中。
iCloud 同步：本应用使用 Apple 提供的 iCloud (CloudKit) 技术进行多端数据同步。
您的数据存储在您个人的 iCloud 私有数据库中。
开发者（我们）无法访问您的 iCloud 原始数据。 只有通过您本人的 Apple ID 登录的设备才能解密并查看这些内容。
数据控制权：您可以随时通过系统设置管理或删除存储在 iCloud 中的 Kakito 数据。
本应用不涉及：
• 账号注册与登录
• 支付功能
• 广告推送或第三方数据收集
AI 服务与数据处理
为了向您提供 AI 审阅功能，本应用需要处理您的文字信息：
文字传输：当您请求 AI 审阅时，您撰写的特定段落会被发送至第三方 AI 服务提供商（如 Google, DeepSeek, OpenRouter 等）。
匿名化处理：我们不会将您的个人身份信息（如姓名、Apple ID 账号信息）发送给 AI 提供商。发送的内容仅限于您请求审阅的文本及必要的上下文信息（如目标语言、用户语言等级）。
非留存说明：第三方 AI 服务商对数据的使用受其各自隐私政策约束。通常情况下，这些数据仅用于生成即时反馈，不会被用于训练其公开模型（取决于具体服务商条款）。
使用规范
您对您在 Kakito 中输入的任何内容承担全部法律责任。
请勿利用本应用生成的 AI 内容从事非法活动。
您理解并同意，AI 生成的回复可能包含错误或偏见。Kakito 的建议仅供学习参考，不应视作专业的法律、医疗或决策依据。
知识产权
您在应用内撰写的原创日记内容归您个人所有。
Kakito 的应用设计、软件代码、品牌标识及相关技术归开发者所有。
免责声明
服务稳定性：由于 AI 接口及网络环境的特殊性，我们不保证服务永不中断，亦不对因第三方 API 宕机或网络封锁导致的损失负责。
准确性：AI 提供的建议可能存在差错。对于因依赖 AI 纠错建议而导致的任何间接损失，开发者不承担责任。
数据安全性：虽然我们使用了 Apple 加密技术，但您应自行负责 Apple ID 的账户安全。

Service Description
Kakito is a tool designed to help users learn languages through writing. We integrate third-party AI technologies (such as Google Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) to provide grammar correction, expression optimization suggestions, and translation services.
Data Storage & Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. This app adopts a "privacy-first" architecture:
Local Storage: All your journal content is first stored in the local database on your device.
iCloud Sync: This app uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) technology for multi-device data synchronization.
Your data is stored in your personal iCloud private database.
The developer cannot access your raw iCloud data. Only devices signed in with your own Apple ID can decrypt and view this content.
Data Control: You can manage or delete Kakito data stored in iCloud at any time through system settings.
This app does not involve:
Account registration or login
Payment features
Ad push notifications or third-party data collection
AI Services & Data Processing
To provide AI review features, this app needs to process your text:
Text Transmission: When you request an AI review, the specific text you wrote will be sent to third-party AI service providers (such as Google, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, etc.).
Anonymization: We do not send your personal identity information (such as your name or Apple ID) to AI providers. Only the text you submitted for review and necessary context (such as target language and proficiency level) are transmitted.
Non-retention Note: Third-party AI providers' use of data is subject to their respective privacy policies. Typically, this data is only used to generate immediate feedback and is not used to train their public models (subject to each provider's terms).
Usage Guidelines
You bear full legal responsibility for any content you enter in Kakito.
Do not use AI-generated content from this app for illegal activities.
You understand and agree that AI-generated responses may contain errors or biases. Kakito's suggestions are for learning reference only and should not be considered professional legal, medical, or decision-making advice.
Intellectual Property
The original journal content you write in the app belongs to you personally.
Kakito's app design, software code, brand identity, and related technologies belong to the developer.
Disclaimer
Service Stability: Due to the nature of AI interfaces and network environments, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor are we responsible for losses caused by third-party API outages or network restrictions.
Accuracy: AI-provided suggestions may contain errors. The developer is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from reliance on AI suggestions.
Data Security: Although we use Apple encryption technology, you are responsible for the security of your own Apple ID account.

AIレビュー機能を提供するため、本アプリはお客様のテキスト情報を処理します。
テキスト送信：AIレビューをリクエストすると、作成したテキストがサードパーティのAIサービスプロバイダー（Google、DeepSeek、OpenRouterなど）に送信されます。
匿名化処理：お客様の個人識別情報（氏名、Apple IDなど）はAIプロバイダーに送信されません。送信されるのはレビューをリクエストしたテキストと必要なコンテキスト情報（目標言語、言語レベルなど）のみです。
非保持に関する説明：サードパーティAIプロバイダーのデータ使用は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。通常、これらのデータは即時フィードバックの生成にのみ使用され、公開モデルのトレーニングには使用されません（各プロバイダーの規約による）。
使用規範
Kakitoに入力したすべてのコンテンツについて、お客様が完全な法的責任を負います。
本アプリで生成されたAIコンテンツを違法行為に使用しないでください。
AI生成の回答にはエラーやバイアスが含まれる可能性があることをご理解ください。Kakitoの提案は学習参考用であり、専門的な法律・医療・意思決定のアドバイスとして扱うべきではありません。
知的財産権
アプリ内で作成したオリジナルの日記コンテンツはお客様個人に帰属します。
Kakitoのアプリデザイン、ソフトウェアコード、ブランドアイデンティティ、および関連技術は開発者に帰属します。
免責事項
サービスの安定性：AIインターフェースとネットワーク環境の特殊性により、サービスの中断がないことを保証しません。また、サードパーティAPIのダウンタイムやネットワーク制限による損失については責任を負いません。
正確性：AIが提供する提案にはエラーが含まれる可能性があります。AI提案への依存による間接的な損失について、開発者は責任を負いません。
データセキュリティ：Appleの暗号化技術を使用していますが、Apple IDアカウントのセキュリティはお客様ご自身の責任となります。
